And why did her son feel the need to kill because he could not accept the choice she made? And why did her daughter have to be so unforgiving? Someday, I hope somebody makes a film where a woman in a similar situation opts to become a sex worker because the pay is good and it is far less degrading and unrewarding than scrubbing other people’s loos and everybody is cool with it because the alternative is a lifetime of drudgery and poverty.
